The MUltiwavelength Survey by Yale/Chile (MUSYC; Gawiser et al. 2006, ApjS 162, 1) covers 1.2 square degrees of sky to U,B,V,R˜26; and K˜22; (AB). The deep imaging with broad wavelength coverage of this survey (UBVRIzJHK+NB5000) is especially suited for selecting starforming galaxies at z˜3. Using UVR, BV+NB5000, X-rays and spectroscopy, we have selected LBG (Lyman Break Galaxies), LAE (Lyman Alpha Emitters) and AGN at z˜3. We present results on the clustering properties of these protogalaxies over the whole survey, where we found the dark matter halos of LAEs, LBGs and AGN to have masses of log10(M/M_&sun;) = 10.9+0.5/-0.9, 11.8+/-0.1 and 12.6+0.5/-0.8 respectively. This shows, on one side, consistency with AGN downsizing, namely that SMBH tend to be in galaxies more massive than the typical population. On the other side, LAEs seem to sit in relatively low mass halos, which might contain L* galaxies today.
