Using a range of single- to multi-pulsed- BATSE gamma-ray bursts (GRBs),
we demonstrate that the Long GRB class can have long and short duration
pulses, whereas the Short GRB class appears to be dominated by short
duration pulses (and occasionally by unpulsed prompt emission); this
contradicts claims that Short GRBs can have long durations.
