Studies of the clustering properties of galaxies at high redshifts are essential for understanding galaxy formation and its relationship to structure formation. In this meeting, we present preliminary results of our studies on galaxy clustering at redshift 4 and 5, on the basis of wide-field imaging data of the two Subaru Deep Fields (600arcmin2 each) taken in the B,V,R,i',z', and a narrow band centered at 7110Å(NB7110), with a limiting magnitude of z'[AB]=26. We find 1,200 BRi'-selected (z=4) Lyman break galaxies (LBGs), 350 Vi'z'-selected (z=5) LBGs, and 70 NB7110-selected (z=4.85) Lyman-alpha emitters (LAEs). We derive the correlation functions of these galaxy populations, and estimate their correlation lengths. We then discuss clustering properties of LBGs and LAEs at z=4-5, comparing our results with predictions of semi-analytic models, considering the biased galaxy formation senario.
