It is shown that the limiting magnitude in a sample of cluster members causes a significant effect on the distance determination using the Tully-Fisher (or another similar) relation. As in the case of the Malmquist bias, a too small distance, as averaged over all the members in the sample, is obtained, and hence an excessively large value of H0. In the H vs. log VM diagram for a cluster one expects an unbiased part at large log VM where one may try to determine H0. In the case of several clusters, the data may be combined into one diagram after a proper normalization.
