We present a mixed method of time-series spectral analysis specially designed for light curves of Long-Period Variable stars. The data are noisy, include both regular and irregular gaps and represent a pseudo-periodic signal whose longer time scale is not far from the length of the data set. It is assumed that one or two spectral components have much larger amplitudes than the others. This method makes use of the instability of different deconvolution processes in order to select a few stable components of the spectrum.
