Spectroscopy of the filamentary planetary nebula YM29 has been obtained and it is found that it is significantly enriched in nitrogen and helium, with N/O and He/H ratios roughly seven times and twice those found in Orion, respectively. Combined with data for the central star, the composition and structure of this object allow us to categorize it as a Peimbert type I planetary nebula.
