A total of 373 comets recorded in China from the 3rd century BC to the 18th century AD were examined. According to their morphology, color and length of tail, 92 Type-1 comets are found. The statistics show that: plasma tails of comets that reappeared within 2000 yr are very stable; the evolution of comets is in the stable stage. There is no correlation between the frequency of plasma tailed comets and solar activity. The relation between the events of comet and aurora are much closer than plasma tail of comet and aurora.
