Very accurate measurements of the circular polarization of Jupiter's
emission at 1.4 GHz have been obtained with the Parkes radiotelescope. A
saturation is clearly observed at high magnetic latitude. This effect is
discussed in terms of the pitch angle distribution of the electrons in
the magnetosphere.
