The existence of circular orbits outside the potential's plane of
symmetry in the problem of two fixed centers with equal positive masses
is demonstrated, and the stability of these orbits is proven. The
stability of a circular orbit at a certain critical distance from the
line of centers in the plane of symmetry is also proven.
