Accurate stellar photometry of images from the Hubble Space Telescope Wide Field/Planetary Camera (WF/PC) is possible using circular aperture photometry and simulated Point Spread Functions. A new circular aperture photometry algorithm will be presented and its application to HST WF/PC images will be discussed. The success of the technique will be demonstrated with the analysis of Planetary Camera archival images of the core of M33.
