Values and probable errors are reported for the orbital elements, parallax, and proper motion of the G0 V star Chi-1 Ori. An absolute parallax of +0.102 (+ or - 0.002) arcsec is adopted along with a value of 1.00 (+ or - 0.10) solar mass for the A component. A range of masses is given for the B component, and it is suggested that the primary is not a close binary.
