We present a line survey of 10 Class 0 and 7 Class I protostars with 9
molecular lines. Combining dust continuum maps and molecular line maps,
we calculated the depletion factor and deuterium enhancement to study
the chemical properties. A general trend for the chemical evolution is
seen: higher deuterium fractionation at higher CO depletion.
