The problem of life origin is a very intriguing question of the contemporary science. Life on Earth arose very rapidly once conditions became clement. There was a very short time interval for producing of the biochemical compounds in the atmosphere of the planet. At the other hand, various kinds of chemical compounds have been detected in extraterrestrial environment. The small bodies in the Solar system are rich in organic components. Carbonaceous chondrites contain different classes of molecules many which are common biochemical compounds, such as amino acids and their precursors, nucleic acid bases and sugar-like molecules. It was very interested to test how far the process of chemical evolution could develop on the surface of these bodies. Abiotic formation of such complex biochemical compounds as nucleotides and oligopeptides on the surface of small space bodies (SSB) such as asteroids, meteorites, IDP by different kinds of cosmic radiation was examined. In order to study the formation of the biochemical compounds on SSB, solid films prepared from nucleoside and inorganic phosphate were irradiated with ultraviolet radiation with different wavelengths, gamma-radiation and high energy protons. Irradiated products were analyzed with HPLC. The natural nucleotides were detected. The formation of oligopeptides from mixtures of amino acids also was observed under action of these energy sources. The results were compared with an experiment on abiogenic synthesis of nucleotides onboard of space satellite "BION-11". The present results suggest that a considerable amount of complex biochemical compounds formed in extraterrestrial environments could be supplied to the primitive Earth before the origin of life by SSB. The organic compounds, which had been delivered on the primordial Earth would have had a very complex structure and reached the second stage of the chemical evolution-polymerization.
