We present a study of high quality integrated spectra of 465 globular clusters belonging to the Andromeda galaxy, obtained with MMT/Hectospec. Lick indices were measured in the cluster spectra and compared with data obtained previously for a sample of Galactic globular clusters. The data are also analyzed with EZ_Ages, which implements the Schiavon (2007) models in an idl routine to perform automatic stellar population parameter determination, suitable for large samples. We determine the spectroscopic ages and, for the first time, the abundances of Fe, Mg, C, N, and Ca, for a large sample of clusters in M31. The results are discussed in light of our current understanding of the formation and evolution of the haloes of Andromeda and the Milky Way galaxies.
