A spherical harmonic expansion is obtained for the field and potential of a stationary loop of charge and current axisymmetrically, but not necessarily equatorially, with respect to a Kerr hole. The potential induced on the hole is calculated and it is shown to directly depend on the charge density of the loop with respect to the Carter tetrad, i.e., to be independent of the corresponding current density.
