Final results of the HEAO-C2 data on the elemental composition of cosmic rays up to Z = 28 are presented. A new table of elemental abundances and absolute energy spectra of cosmic ray nuclei with Z = 4 to 28 in the 0.6-35 GeV/n range, as measured in 1980, is presented. The source spectrum for all species is reasonably well fit by a power law in momentum, with a spectral index of 2.23 + or - 0.05, but only up to 16 GeV/n.
