We propose a 50 ksec XMM observations of ClJ2241.6-0919, a high-redshift (z~0.7), low-mass cluster, which was discovered due to the presence of a prominent gravitationally lensed arc. Such clusters are beyond current X-ray cluster samples, but will be primary sources for upcoming surveys. In order to know whether we can utilize these clusters to measure cosmological parameters, it is vital to verify the validity of cluster scaling relations at this mass and redshift range. Mass-selected systems, such as ClJ2241.6-0919, are ideal for this purpose. ClJ2241.6-0919 presents an ideal first test case to probe the properties of low-mass clusters at high redshifts.
