The results of analysis of solar radio emission during high solar activity coincided with CME's onset are presented. Observations of nonstationary radio emission corresponding to CME's formation and passage in the lower layers of solar atmosphere have been carried out at Radioastronopmical Observatory "Zimenki" (Russia) on 6 discrete wavelengths cm, dm and m range. The possibility of creation an algorithm to determine the formation of CMEs using solar radio observations in wide frequency range is shown.
