Three vast regions where the youngest stars located farther than 60 pc, on the average, from the galactic plane are known in the Galaxy. The pulsars with characteristic times τ < 2×106years in these regions deviate in the same direction from the galactic plane as the O-B2 stars. The pulsars with larger values of τ do not show such a correlation. This shows that the pulsars with small τ were formed not long ago and therefore they had no time to leave the region of their birth. For such pulsars τ reflects their age very well.
