The parameters of the characteristic points of vertical electron density profiles at heights of 50-83 km are normalized for different seasons and three conditions of winter ionization on the basis of Volgograd rocket data. Among other findings, it is shown that seasonal variations of the electron density at 70 km are sharply asymmetric: autumn profiles practically repeat the summer ones, while the electron density decreases sharply in the spring.
