Annihilation processes for low temperatures with necessity go through state of positronium (Ps). The possibility of observation of positronium characteristic lines, which can arise during its formation, is explored. Using the diffuse and point components of 511keV line from sources in the direction on the Galactic Center, as an example, the fluxes in the Lalpha_(2431Å), Halpha_(1.3μm), Palpha_(3.75μm) and radiorecombination lines are estimated.
