Chaotic orbits of massless particles released from rest in and bound to a binary system of equal mass galaxies which are in circular motion about a centroid are examined for the effects of extended mass distribution in the primaries. Where the motion is chaotic the time scales for the onset of chaos are estimated for typical binary parameters.
