A new longer RXTE observation of MAXI J0556-332 (ATel #3102, #3103, #3104, #3106, #3110) was performed on 2011 January 17 from 11:57UT to 19:31UT, for a total of 5 RXTE orbits. The flux does not show eclipse-like drops like in the previous two observations. Folding at the maximum period of 28 hrs allowed by aligning the previous two eclipse-like events shows that the new data are consistent with the absence of an eclipse.
