We propose a 120 ksec near continous ACIS/HETG observation of Cyg X-3 to analysis the massive Wolf-Rayet wind of the companion star. We will use the recently discovered P Cygni profiles to probe the density and kinematics as a function of phase. We will also investigate the spectral phase differences discovered in the previous observations. Multiwavelength observations (in the X-ray, IR, and radio) will be sought and coordinated with the Chandra Observations.
