Scientific paper

Observations demonstrating the possibility of the anisotropic emission
of hard X-rays in solar flares are discussed. Attention is also given to
the possibility of detecting nonthermal flare radiation, and to the
transformations of this radiation in the photospheric and chromospheric
plasma.
