Pamir data are compared with calculations of gamma-families performed using models with a small scaling violation in the fragmentation region and the production of QCD jets with large values of pt. The comparison is used to examine the following questions: (1) the magnitude of scaling violation at 10,000 TeV; (2) whether this breakdown can provide for the production of QCD jets with large values of pt; (3) the existence of characteristics of gamma-families that are sensitive to jet-production processes; and (4) whether the predictions of simple QCD models contradict the data at 10,000 TeV.
