Scientific paper
A model of a static uniformly charged spherical configuration in general relativity is examined. The dependence of the configuration parameters on the equation of state and the energy density in the center of the sphere is obtained. The Chandrasekhar method is used to investigate the gravitational stability of this spherical configuration. It is shown that the proposed model possesses dynamical stability with respect to radial oscillations.
