A Cerenkov detector arrangement consisting of three mirrors with a system of photomultipliers in the focus of each mirror is proposed. The mirrors are placed at the vertices of an equilateral triangle inscribed into a circle with a radius of 300 m; owing to the arbitrary distribution of cosmic-ray showers incident on the area within this circle, one of the mirrors will always be a short distance from the shower axis while another of the mirrors will be a long distance from this axis. This arrangement makes it possible to resolve certain difficulties connected with cascade detection and to determine the form of an entire high-energy cascade in the atmosphere.
