Stars: Individual: Hv 883 (Lmc), Hv 837 (Smc), Hv 11157 (Smc), Cepheids, Binaries: Spectroscopic

Scientific paper

We have detected, for the first time, spectroscopic binary Magellanic
Cepheids. We present the orbital elements for three long period systems.
The data are also analyzed for radius and mass. HV 883 is, perhaps, a
triple system formed by the cepheid and a couple of B5V stars.
