Measurements of the central velocity gradient are presented for 94 spiral galaxies with existing rotation curves. The central velocity gradient is used as a representative dynamical parameter of the galaxy central mass. This parameter in a galaxy is shown to be correlated with Hubble type. This result provides an additional evidence that the luminosity classification reflects structural properties such as central mass and density of spirals.
