The authors present the results of V-band CCD photometry of V926 Sco, the optical counterpart of the X-ray burst source 4U/MXB 1735-44. A period search in the variations of the V magnitude of V926 Sco confirms the period found recently by Corbet et al. (1986). An ephemeris for the time of maximum light of the orbital light curve is given, covering the period 1984 - 1986.
