We present CCD photometry of the low mass X-ray binary UW CrB (MS1603+260) using the McDonald Observatory 107in telescope. These data were obtained on 20 nights during 2002, 2003, and 2004. Hynes, Robinson, and Jeffery (2004) found that UW CrB contains a neutron star exhibiting optical reprocessing of type I X-ray bursts. CCD photometry from that study is included in our analysis. We confirm that the orbital period is 111 minutes as determined by eclipses of the accretion disk by the secondary. Orbital light curves vary dramatically from night to night and often the eclipse does not occur or is partial. We attribute this to changes in the accretion disk size and/or its orientation. Progress in determining the superhump period and quantatative modeling of the system is discussed.
