We present timings of the dominant photometric oscillations in the intermediate polars FO Aqr and AO Psc for five observing seasons from 1992 through 2002. Unfortunately, cycle-count ambiguities prevent us from finding unique ephemerides for these oscillations. Both FO Aqr and AO Psc are presently in a state of spin-up of the white dwarf's rotation. We also present constraints on the white dwarf's magnetic moment and the disk's mass transfer rate under the condition implied by the white dwarf's equilibrium spin period and then the condition implied by the current rate of spin-up. It is shown that in FO Aqr, the disk luminosity should have increased from 1987, when the white dwarf's rotation switched from a state of spin-down to spin-up, to the present. We find no evidence for a gradual brightening of the system, however.
