Scientific paper

We present CCD I-band photometry of the SUUMa type cataclysmic variable RZ Sagittae obtained during its August 1996 superoutburst. The mean value of the superhump period Psh derived from our observations is 0.07039 days (101.4 min). The superhump period was decreasing during the superoutburst with the rate dot{Psh}=-11.5 times 10^{-5}.
