Photometry of the dwarf nova type 1996 outburst of GK Per shows that the color indices are getting bluer during the late rise to the maximum brightness and a strong linear reddening is visible during the decline. The brightness fluctuations (cycles of 0.055-0.070 days and 0.028-0.045 days) were detected during the 1999 outburst. The amplitude of the fluctuations (intensity units) was increasing during the rise to the maximum light. .
