The binary fraction among massive stars is highly uncertain. We have collected high resolution spectra of 140+ confirmed and probable members of the Cygnus OB2 Association in order to help measure this value. Each member has been observed up to 11 epochs (over a 3 year baseline) at a typical resolution of 0.12Å FWHM. Spectra were obtained using the Hamilton Spectrograph at Lick Observatory, the Hydra at the 3.5m WIYN telescope, and the HIRES at the Keck 10m. Within our sample, we have identified nearly 40 new early type stars. We also have been able to determine the spectral classifications more precisely for previously identified association members. Radial velocities of the members are being determined and will be presented along with the new classifications. The ultimate goal is to create a catalogue of binaries for the Cygnus OB2 Association and obtain a better estimate of the binary fraction and mass ratio distribution for massive stars.
