This report lists observations of Satellites 1958 Alpha, 1958 β1, 1959 α1 and α2, 1959 Eta, and 1959 ι1 for the period September 1 through December 31, 1960, as well as additions and corrections to previous listings of observations of these satellites and for 1958 Epsilon. Because it is sometimes impractical and unnecessary to process all observations received, and because some processed observations are rejected because of gross error, this report and others to follow contain only thos actually found useful in SAO orbit computations. A number of observations have been received from the National Space Surveillance Control Center (NSSCC), under an arrangement involving an exchange of observations of artificial earth satellites.
