A Catalogue of Principal Galaxies is presented. It lists equatorial coordinates for the equinoxes 1950 and 2000, and cross-identifications for 73197 galaxies. 40932 coordinates have standard deviations smaller than 10 arcseconds. 131602 names from the 38 most common sources are listed. In addition, mean data for each object are given when available: 49102 morphological descriptions, 52954 apparent major and minor axes, 67116 apparent magnitudes, 20046 radial velocities and 24361 position angles. This information was used for facilitating proper identification. Finally, distribution options are explained.
