Information collected during the preliminary processing and allocation of U.S.A. exchange samples from the U.S.S.R. LUNA 24 mission is given. Investigators are provided with information upon which they may select samples for further study. Handling data and early processing history are summarized. Information includes a summary of splits and allocations for all size fractions. Bulk properties of soils are compared. Finally, size histograms of individual lithologic composition classes are presented and composition classes with similar size distributions are identified.
