On the basis of long-term (1977-1993) annual observations using the same receiving system parameters we observed a slowdown of the flux density decrease of the Supernova Remnant Cassiopeia A. The mean rate of intensity decrease at 102 MHz has been found to be equal to (0.8+/-0.12)% per year. It is 2/3 of the value obtained earlier (1949-1980) at a nearby frequency of 81.5MHz. The observations at 152 and 81.5MHz also show decrease rate of about 0.8 per cent per year. Small-scale time variations have been discovered over the secular decrease at 102MHz. Radio emission flares occurred approximately in 1981, 1986 and 1991. Their amplitudes amounted only about to 3.5 per cent of the SNR total flux.
