The generating periodic Poincare solutions for the problem of the rotational motion of a satellite about its center of mass on a circular uniformly precessing orbit are interpreted as generalized Cassini's laws. A qualitative analysis of the analytic conditions for the existence of Cassini motions is carried out. The results are used to improve the values of the parameters of moon's physical libration parameters.
