The Cassini Composite Infrared Spectrometer (CIRS) acquired thermal
spectra of Saturn's rings. CIRS retrieved temperatures for the lit and
unlit sides of the rings from 7 µm to 1 mm, including measurements
across the ring shadow boundaries.
