Scientific paper

The paper deals with a cylindrical antenna situated in a collisionless
plasma consisting of positive ions and of electrons with a Maxwellian
velocity distribution. A method, based on the numerical solution of the
Poisson equation, is proposed for calculating the dynamic capacitance of
a nonuniform ionic screen about the antenna.
