The detection of very high energy gamma-ray from the direction of the Galactic Center was reported by the CANGAROO-II and Whipple in 2004. Soon H.E.S.S. detected gamma-ray above 165 GeV with a quite high significance, of which the photon index was harder than the CANGAROO-II result. In 2005, MAGIC observation detected a differential gamma-ray flux consistent with a steady, hard-slope power law of H.E.S.S. result. We observed the Galactic center in 2005 using CANAROO-III stereoscopic telescopes and detected the gamma-ray emission with a significance level of 5.4 sigma above 650 GeV. Its photon spectrum and image were consistent with both H.E.S.S. and MAGIC results.
