In order to explain a number of peculiarities in HADRON experiment data (Tian-Shan, 700 g/cm2) the HADRON experiment group suggested that the hN14 -interaction properties changed significantly at about 10 PeV. HADRON experiment installation consists of emulsion chambers and EAS array. By using a hadron-nucleus interaction generator MQ1 with increasing ktot(E) the simulations were performed for this experiment. γ-family detection by emulsion chamber, which disturbed to a great extent γ-family characteristics, was also simulated. Correlations of the calculated γ-family characteristics and the total number Ne of electrons in EAS were investigated and preliminary comparison of these characteristics and the experimental data was performed. There were peculiarities in the simulated families similar to the experimental ones, and they can be explained by cascade fluctuations. There were no discrepancies between the experimental γ-family data and the increasing ktot(E) generator (MQ1) predictions.
