We present a study of IUE high dispersion spectra to identify camera artifacts (artificial emission features present on long-exposure IUE images). To identify the artifacts for the SWP, LWP and LWR cameras, we chose seven sky background images for each camera with relatively short time intervals between them and similar exposure times. Each order was separately calibrated and cosmic-ray hits were flagged. The seven individual spectra for each order were shifted in wavelength to align the artifacts and then averaged; flagged cosmic-ray hits were ignored. An atlas of high-dispersion artifacts was created, and the strongest artifacts were identified.
