GPS CV time comparison is one of the most commonly used time transfer methods for TAI computation and it is also the backup technique for the timing laboratories which are equipped with TWSTFT system. BIPM has conducted GPS receiver round-trip calibrations at individual laboratories in order to reduce the comparison errors. The internal time delays of the GPS receivers of NTSC's time standard laboratory and the relative data are corrected according to the BIPM round-trip calibration report so as to improve the accuracy of UTC(NTSC).
