Neutron telescope calibrations with a neutron beam from an accelerator and the albedo neutron flux measurement during two balloon flights is reported. The neutron telescope was calibrated for particle energies of up to 140 MeV, using a synchrocyclotron. The threshold sensitivity, and directive and energy resolution were determined. Results were used in evaluating data from two balloon flights.
