We present the most recent calibration of the mass-temperature relationship for galaxy clusters. Using separate data from weak gravitational lensing and X-ray observations, we can empirically determine the relationship without assuming hydrostatic equilibrium or resorting to any virial arguments. We will analyze the primary sources of error in the mass measurements (including the mass-sheet degeneracy, contamination due to large-scale structure, and the accuracy of the NFW and isothermal mass profile fits) and consider how they might affect the relationship.
