Data from the Sun-Atmosphere rocket experiment are used to calculate values of the turbulence structure parameters, including the Lagrangian temporal correlation scale (tau sub c), the turbulent-energy dissipation rate, and the mean square of turbulent velocity pulsations. It is shown that, near the turbopause, the lifetime of the smallest eddies increases with height and becomes comparable with tau sub c at a height of 118 km.
